This was my first visit to Yakima and I found your service and especially the continental breakfast very good. The staff was very cordual.I would stay here on my return trip.

I am sorry I have forgotten their names but the two ladies at the front desk (including a young lady in training) were outstanding...I had a long drive after a tough day and they were so helpful, courteous and professional. Thank you, thank you!

If we are planning a trip, and there is a Best Western near our destination, that's where we stay. There is not another Hotel chain as friendly, as clean, and as easy to book with. I tell everyone that it's the one hotel I trust my family to stay in.
